Military Engineer Services (DW&CE PAF) Chaklala — Emergency Works Tender (31 July 2026)

DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for multiple emergency works for the provision of facilities at PAF bases under PPRA Rule 42-c(v). Several works are listed with estimated values shown in the notice (amounts include Rs. 27.516M, Rs. 16.033M, Rs. 48.908M and Rs. 49.908M).

Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials (as per serial 9) satisfy the required experience and special conditions. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), must be on the approved MES list (category 'W') and provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation reports. Tenders must be received by 11:30 hrs on 31 July 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 hrs the same day.
