PEZDMC Tender: Consultancy for Infrastructure Development of Industrial Park – Bids by 23 July 2026

Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company (PEZDMC) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms for infrastructure development consultancy related to industrial parks/SEZs/industrial estates/housing societies. Firms must hold valid PEC, FBR and SRB registrations and demonstrate relevant previous experience.

RFP documents available from 09 July 2026 on payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee (pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd). Submission is by single-stage, two-envelope sealed bid procedure; technical bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to PEZDMC by 14:00 on 23 July 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day; only technically qualified firms will be invited to submit financial proposals.
