Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation (Planning & Development Board), Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids from registered firms/suppliers for supply of a GPU Server. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) using the Open Competitive Bidding method and Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key instructions: All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposals must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted as per the bidding document. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated bid value must be furnished in the prescribed electronic form. Income/Sales Tax registration certificate and other required documents must be uploaded with the bid. The URL of the PPRA/e-procurement site is available for bidder registration and bidding.
Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2016-10-30 by 10:30 AM; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2014.
