Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through the EPADS portal from PEC-registered contracting firms for the design, financing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a 1 MW solar photovoltaic power system with 1 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) using shed and carport structures at Pakistan Sports Complex under a 15-year fixed-tariff Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) model.

- Bid security/earnest money to be submitted as bank draft/pay order/CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Scan of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original submitted to the undersigned before closing date.
- One hard copy of technical proposal (as uploaded on EPADS) to be submitted. Financial proposal not to be included in the technical envelope.
- Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule‑33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
