Century Insurance Company Limited announces credit of unpaid right entitlements for its rights issue of 44,814,452 ordinary shares at PKR 10 each, issued in the ratio of 81 right shares for every 100 ordinary shares held. Rights were credited in book-entry form to CDS accounts of shareholders on record as of close of business on 2026-10-12. Physical Letters of Right will be dispatched to shareholders holding physical shares on 2026-10-16.

Physical shareholders: submit the Letter of Right along with the required form(s) (Form “A” and the renunciation form where applicable) and payment at any branch of Habib Bank Limited.
Payment may be made by cash, crossed cheque, demand draft or pay order. Payments not received by 2026-11-05 will be treated as declined.
