PIDCL Invitation of Bids for Water Supply, Flooring and Medical Equipment Works in Karachi

The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, invites online bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform for multiple public works in Karachi including flooring works in Baldia Town (NA-242), construction of an underground water tank and PE/MS water pipelines with pumping machinery, water supply improvements near Saeedabad/Football Stadium, and supply/installation of medical equipment at a government hospital in District Central Karachi.

Bidders must be registered with the PEC in the appropriate category and hold valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board tax registration. Bidding documents are available online on procure.gov.pk for a refundable fee of Rs.5,000 (Pay Order/Call Deposit). Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0 and accompanied by scanned copies of the tender fee and bid security; original sealed tender fee and bid security must be delivered to the office of the GM/A (Chief Finance Officer), PIDCL, Bahria Complex, Extension Block, Karachi, prior to bid submission. Bids will be opened at the office of the GM (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex, Karachi, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating firm representatives.
