Government College University Hyderabad invites tenders for the hiring of fleet transport services for students. Tender documents are available through the EPADS e-Tendering System or on written request with company letterhead and CNIC, against a non-refundable tender fee payable by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Director Finance, GC University Hyderabad from 15-07-2026 to 29-07-2026 (09:00–15:00).
Bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope) must be submitted/uploaded via EPADS before the closing time on 30-07-2026 10:00am. Electronic bids will be opened on 30-07-2026 at 11:00am. A scanned bid security of 2% of the bid amount in favor of Director Finance must be uploaded and the original CDR submitted at least 30 minutes before opening. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPP Rules, 2010 (amended).
