Islamabad Police Tender for Uniform Stitching Services (FY 2026-27 & 2027-28)

The Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the stitching of police uniforms for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Interested firms must be registered on EPADS and hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration (STRN) and be included in the Active Taxpayers List of FBR.

Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted only through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 2026-07-29; bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
