National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region M-14 invites e-bids for two special maintenance works on Motorway M-14 (Hakla – D.I. Khan). Bids must be submitted through NHA's e-bidding system; bidding documents will be available on the NHA e-bidding portal from 2026-10-22.
Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes. Manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements; firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration immediately. Technical e-bids will be opened on the closing date.
