Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for multiple lots including HR outsourcing and procurement of IT equipment and related services under framework contracts.
Scope includes provision of outsourced manpower (office boys, janitors, security guards, drivers), procurement of IT equipment and hardware (laptops, desktops, UPS units, printers, scanners, UPS batteries), supply & installation of air conditioners, various appliances and air filters, and related scanning/data-entry services for PITB projects.

Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit the specified bid security for each lot and to submit proposals through the e-procurement portal as instructed in the bidding documents.
