The Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station at a prime location in the DHA Business District / Pine Hills, Phase-V. Site area: 9.5 Kanals. Monthly reserved base rent: Rs. 2.5 million. Upfront land utilization payment as per DHA terms and conditions: Rs. 250 million.
EOIs must include company profile, relevant experience in operating fuel stations, evidence of financial capability and a proposed concept. Submission deadline: within 10 days of publication.
