EOI: Outdoor LED Media Façade for GIK Institute Auditorium (Tender No. GIKIPD/ORIC-1138/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed Expressions of Interest for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, testing and integration of an Outdoor SMD/LED Media Façade / LED Mesh / LED Strip Curtain for the Auditorium at GIK Institute, Topi. The proposed display size is approximately 30×35 ft (Tender No. GIKIPD/ORIC-1138/26).

Mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting: 21 July 2026, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM. Sealed EOIs must reach the Deputy Director Procurement by 30 July 2026 at 15:00 and will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Eligibility includes OEM or OEM-authorized distributor/supplier/dealer, NTN and FBR ATL registration, minimum five years’ experience with at least three similar completed projects, qualified technical staff, and an affidavit confirming not blacklisted.
