Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore (Directorate General/Education) invites electronic proposals for outsourcing seven closed Railway-managed schools under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model on RUOT basis. The concession period offered is 30 years, including a 2-year mobilization period.
