Public sector organization (Administrator, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, and manufacturers registered with the Sales Tax Department with an office and telephone number on FOR Dera Ghazi Khan basis. Tenders must reach by 14:30 hours on the respective due dates and will be opened the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of participating bidders.

Specification and terms & conditions can be obtained by applying on the firm's letterhead and submitting a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 by demand draft in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan. Proforma invoice of principals abroad must be attached with the offer (FOR Dera Ghazi Khan). Quoted rates must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. A 5% earnest money (deposit-at-call) in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan must be enclosed with the quotation; quotations without proper earnest money will not be entertained.

Submit sealed quotations to Administrator, P.O. Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan via Post/UMS or an authorised courier service. Hand delivery will not be accepted. Each envelope should be superscribed with the Tender No. and due date.
