Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest from Oil Marketing Companies to develop and operate a fuel station facility at Pine Hills, Phase-V (DHA Business District). The site area is 9.5 kanals. Financial terms include a monthly reserved base rent of Rs. 2.5 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 250 million as per DHA terms and conditions.
