Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a public sector company under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation & Coordination, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (JMC-01) on a contract basis for the planning, development, construction, commissioning and operational readiness of the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad.

Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Finance/Economics, Project Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution; higher qualifications preferred. Experience: Minimum 25 years' professional experience including at least 10 years in senior executive leadership and 3 years in major infrastructure/development projects. Experience as CEO or senior management in commercially oriented organizations with a proven record of delivering mega-projects (preferably projects aggregating PKR 100 billion or more). Experience with international/multilateral financial institutions is preferred. Key skills: Strategic leadership, mega-project delivery, corporate governance, procurement, contract & financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. |
