PITB Tender: Establishment of Disaster Recovery Data Center (Multan) – Civil, MEP & IT Networking Works

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites e-bids for the Establishment of a Disaster Recovery Data Center at Multan (DC-07), including civil, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and IT networking works with one-year operation & maintenance/SLA.

Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents and submission are handled online.

Key dates and instructions:

- Pre-bid meeting: 11:30 hours on 05 November (venue: PITB, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore). Written queries should reach PITB at least seven days prior to the meeting.

- Bid submission deadline (online): 11:00 hours on 24 November 2014. Technical bids will be opened at 15:30 hours on 24 November 2014; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently as per the tender document.

- Bid security of PKR 30,000,000 (fixed) is required as specified in the tender documents (payment mechanisms include the e-Procurement system and bank transfer methods as detailed in the tender document).
