Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites electronic bids through E‑PADS v2.0 for disposal/lease of multiple railway properties across Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan and Karachi Divisions. Eligible bidders include sole proprietors, partnership firms, private and public limited companies registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (non-extendable); one-time non‑refundable fixed premium; annual increase in rent 10% (compound); mobilization period six (06) months from date of possession. E‑bidding will follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Pre-bid conference: 2026-11-02 at 11:00 hours. Submission deadline: 2026-11-10 by 14:00 hours; bid opening at 14:30 hours on 2026-11-10. Bid security to be submitted as specified in the bidding documents and pay order/DD in favour of FA&CAO, Pakistan Railways, to the office of DGP&L.
