Punjab Public-Private Partnership Authority (PPA) invites bids for the procurement of IT/AV equipment and plant & machinery, including conferencing audio systems, offered in lot(s). The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using the Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure.
Electronic bids must be submitted in full conformity with the bidding documents available from the PPA and EADS websites. Bids must include the prescribed bid security and income tax registration certificate; incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 20th July (year as stated in the bidding documents).
