BISE Malakand Invitation for Bids via E-PADS (Framework Procurement)

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Malakand invites bids under a framework contract for procurement via the E-PADS portal (www.kpeprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (Rule 6(2): Single Stage, Two-Envelope procedure). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from E-PADS after publication of this advertisement. Bids and required documents must be uploaded online on E-PADS; no hard copies will be accepted except the original bid security, which must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD).
