The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. invites sealed bids from well‑reputed authorized companies, organizations, dealers, suppliers or distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for procurement of "Network Equipment, Hardware, Software & Licenses".
Required bid documentation includes a client list and an affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation. The bank follows a single‑stage, two‑envelope procedure. Bids must include earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost. Any bid not accompanied by the required earnest money will be rejected without right of appeal.
