Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (REDAMCO) invites electronic single-stage two-envelope e-bids through EPADS v2.0 for long‑term lease (public‑private partnership) of designated railway lands for mix‑use commercial development including shopping plazas/markets, corporate offices, retail and factory outlets.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from possession; building construction to follow local construction bye‑laws. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bids will not be accepted.
