Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed e-bids through ePADS v2.0 for disposal/long‑term lease of selected Pakistan Railway lands under a Public‑Private Partnership (PPP). Intended uses include mixed-use commercial developments, shopping plazas/markets, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets. Lease term: 21 years (extendable for further 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to follow local building by-laws.
Key schedule and submission method:
- Pre-bid meeting: 2022-10-26 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom also allowed).
- Submission deadline (through ePADS v2.0): 2022-11-02 at 02:00 PM.
