Eligible bidders: individual/indigenous/foreign, sole proprietorship, partnership firm, company (private limited), company (public limited) or purchaser of leasehold rights for Fuel Station/Modern Retail Complex on as is where is basis.

Key terms: Period of lease 21 years (non-extendable); One-time non-refundable fixed premium; mobilization period six (06) months from date of possession. Pre-bid conference: 2026-11-02 at 11:00 hours. Submission of bids: on or before 14:00 hours with bid opening at 14:30 hours on 2026-11-10.
