Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi informs the public that Mrs. Musarrat Rafi (wife of the late Mian Muhammad Rafi), resident of house Nos. 70 & 71, has passed away on 15 March 2022. She held a share in Plot No. 153, Khiyaban-e-Khalid, area approximately 2000 square yards.
The legal heirs — Ms. Nazia Maqbool (daughter), Mr. Shams Rafi (son) and Mr. Salman Rafi (son) — have applied to have the deceased’s share transferred in their names. Any person having objection or claim must submit it in writing to the Director Transfer & Record, DHA, Karachi within 15 days of this notice’s publication; no claims will be entertained after the stipulated period.
