Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites electronic bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) through EPADS v2.0 for disposal/land leasing of multiple Pakistan Railway land parcels under Public‑Private Partnership.

Manual bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by the specified bid security and the non-refundable fixed benchmark commitment fee in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
