Key requirements and submission details:

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement system.
- Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper with their bid. The procuring agency reserves the right to request production of the original affidavit for verification at any stage.
- E‑bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives under PPRA Rule 30(1).
- Bid validity: 90 days.
