Terms and application details:
- Bids must be submitted in the name of the Officer Commanding, PAF Base, Nur Khan, and include: (a) open bids request on company letterhead, (b) CNIC valid photocopy, (c) valid NTN & GST certificates, and (d) required bid security as Pay Order.
- Open bids will be conducted on 2026-10-29 from 1000 to 1300 hours at Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan.
- Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after final selection. In case of untoward situation the bidding date may move to the next day.
- The successful bidder must deposit a security amount equal to six months' offered rent within 15 days from the date of bid opening.
- Contract will be awarded for a maximum duration of 03 years.
- The Officer Commanding reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to postpone/cancel the invitation without assigning a reason.
