Issuer: Bolan Castings Limited. Purpose: Notice of electronic voting facility and voting through postal ballot on special business ahead of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Registered Office, Main RCD Highway, Hub Chowki, District Lasbela, Balochistan.
Eligibility and key dates: Members whose valid CNIC numbers, cell numbers and email addresses are available in the Company’s register as of close of business on October 19, 2026 will be eligible. Electronic voting will be available from October 23, 2026 and will close on October 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Postal ballot forms and required documentation must reach the Company by or before October 27, 2026 during business hours.
How to vote: Electronic voting details and security codes will be shared by email and SMS. For postal voting, shareholders must send a duly filled and signed ballot paper together with a copy of CNIC (or passport for foreigners) to the Chairman at the Company’s Registered Address or email to the Company’s voting email as provided by the Company.
