Eligibility & voting procedure:
- Only members with valid CNIC numbers, cell numbers and email addresses in the register as of close of business on October 19, 2026 will be provided e‑voting credentials.
- Login and security codes will be communicated via email/SMS through the CDC Share Registrar Services Limited portal (e‑voting service provider).
- Identity for e‑voting will be authenticated through electronic signature or other authentication for login. Once a vote on a resolution is cast, it cannot be changed.
- For postal voting, shareholders must send a duly filled and signed ballot paper together with a copy of CNIC (or passport for foreigners) to the Chairman at the registered office or email [email protected] by October 27, 2026 during business hours. Signature on the ballot paper must match the CNIC.
Ballot paper fields include: Name of Shareholder / Joint Shareholders; Registered Address; Number of Shares Held and Folio / CDC Account Number; CNIC / Passport Number (copy to be attached); Additional information/enclosures (if applicable).

- In case of corporate shareholders, the ballot paper must be accompanied by a copy of the CNIC of the authorized person, attested copy of Board Resolution, Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter as applicable, and documents as required under Companies Act, 2017.
