Bolan Castings Limited (Main RCD Highway, Hub Chowki, District Lasbela, Balochistan) invites shareholders to exercise their voting rights for special business by electronic voting or postal ballot for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Electronic voting credentials will be shared with eligible members by email and security codes communicated by SMS and web portal. Electronic voting will be available for the period shown below; authentication will require CNIC and signature as per company records.

Completed and signed ballot papers must be accompanied by a copy of the shareholder's CNIC (or passport for foreigners). The signature on the postal ballot must match the CNIC signature. Corporate representatives must attach an attested copy of the Board resolution or power of attorney as required. Incomplete, unsigned, defaced, torn, mutilated or otherwise irregular ballot papers will be rejected.
