Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids for maintenance & repair (M&R) schemes under Punjab PPRA and LGW Rules. Eligible engineering firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders shall submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost electronically through the Punjab e-PS; physical instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees) will not be accepted.
E-bids shall be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The single-stage, single-envelope procedure will be used. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Opening Committee. Recovery against credit of old material and evaluation rules as per PPRA/PLGW provisions will apply. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids per PPRA rules.
