Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple annual contract schemes. Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts or Bank Guarantees will be accepted/handled as specified in the procurement rules.
Bids will be processed under applicable PPRA and Punjab procurement rules. The Procurement Office, Office of Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh is the issuing authority. E-bids must be submitted and will be opened online on the dates and times shown below.
