National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Processing Officer (Fleet Management) to support bank vehicle operations and maintenance for regional offices and branches across Pakistan. The role is based in Karachi and reports to the Department Head — Fleet Management.

| Key Skills & Knowledge | Good knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance; strong negotiation and communication skills; strong coordination and record-keeping; ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines; proficiency in MS Office |
| Main Duties | Coordinate repair and maintenance of bank vehicles across regions; maintain vehicle registers, maintenance records and inspection schedules; ensure fuel card management and usage monitoring; process and verify work orders, quotations and payments; maintain MIS for fleet activities; manage relationships with vendors, workshops and field offices; support purchase and procurement for fleet requirements |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Remuneration and other benefits as per Bank policy. |
