National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for multiple Digital Banking Officer positions based in Karachi. Roles are open in Digital Strategy, BI ETL Development and BI Development. Selected candidates will support digital banking transformation, data engineering, ETL and business intelligence initiatives.

| Digital Banking Officer — Digital Strategy (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Unit Head – DB Strategy & Business Planning | Minimum Graduation in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Master’s preferred. | Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking/financial institutions/telecom/capital markets/fintech/software houses or related; experience in digital banking, digital transformation, product planning, analytics, data governance, change management and stakeholder engagement. Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills. |
| Digital Banking Officer — BI ETL Development (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Unit Head – ETL Development | Minimum Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Data Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent. Master’s preferred. | Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial institutions/telecom/capital markets/fintech/software houses with at least 1 year in ETL/data engineering. Experience in ETL design, development and tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory etc.), SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, data integration and pipeline development. |
| Digital Banking Officer — BI Development (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Unit Head – BI Development | Minimum Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Data Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent. Master’s preferred. | Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial institutions/telecom/capital markets/fintech/software houses with at least 1 year in BI solution delivery and data modelling. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), developing dashboards, analytics, data modelling and automating reporting workflows. |
Assessment: Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility will be invited for test / interview. Employment terms and compensation will be as per bank policy.
