Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Murree under the Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle No.1, Rawalpindi.
Purpose: Invitation to bid for the special repair of road from Ousia to Bassin Keri–Dehla Road (Phase‑II). Length: 1.70 km (Km 2.30 to Km 4.00). Completion period: 3 months.
Eligibility & Submission: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant PEC category may participate. All bidders must be registered and submit bids digitally via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Physical bid securities or manual bid documents will not be accepted.
Financial & Guarantee Requirements: Bid security equal to 0.5% of the estimated cost must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement system in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division Murree. The lowest evaluated bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee of 6% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter (acceptable forms: CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order, Cashier's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion).
Important notes: False information or forged documents will lead to blacklisting and legal action. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under applicable PPRA rules. TST/DST/Surfacing works shall be executed by mechanized systems. Response time for e‑procurement will be calculated from the advertisement publication on the PPRA site.
