Office of the Executive Engineer, Mansehra Irrigation Division Mansehra invites e-bids (EPADs) from approved contractors of Irrigation Department through EPADs for various civil/irrigation works under ADP and AM&R schemes for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the relevant category/specialization.
Submission/Opening: Mandatory e-submission via KPPRA/EPADs portal. Bid security (call deposit) equal to 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted in original in favor of Executive Engineer Mansehra Irrigation Division Mansehra. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. All bidding documents and instructions available on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department website and EPADs portal.
