Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL / PakRe) invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer on a contractual basis. The initial contract period is two years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Applicants must meet the specified age, qualification and experience requirements and should apply by email with the position title in the subject line.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience	Be a member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience; OR Hold a master’s degree in finance-related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university with at least ten years relevant experience; OR Be a Fellow or Associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Institute of Actuaries (UK) or Society of Actuaries (USA) with at least five years of managerial experience in audit, accounting or managing financial/corporate affairs functions of an insurer — such candidates will also be eligible to be appointed as CFO of an insurer. Preferred experience/credentials: knowledge and implementation of IFRS 17; prior key officer role in insurance industry; experience as CFO in an insurance company or public sector/SOE; knowledge of public procurement and PPRA rules/regulations; exposure to ERP environments.
Location	PRC Towers, Lalazar Drive, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi
Contract	Initial two-year contract (extendable based on performance)
