Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Divisional Superintendent Office, Karachi. Purpose: Open public auction for new and already constructed shops, restaurants/tea houses/coffee shops, food-street outlets, parking sites, agricultural/lease land, nurseries, poultry/related units, mobile bazaar stalls and other commercial lots across Karachi Division.

Scope: Multiple lots at various Railway locations in Karachi (City Railway Station and other station sites) offered on fixed-term licences/auctions. Each lot lists the location, licence/auction period, bid form fee (non-refundable), bid security amount and the date/place of the auction.

Auction schedule: Auctions are scheduled on multiple dates beginning 2026-11-02 with further sessions on 2026-11-04, 2026-11-07 and additional dates as indicated in the notice; specific lots are assigned to particular dates and venues (City Railway Station Karachi and station-specific venues).

How to participate: Obtain the prescribed bid form, submit the required non-refundable bid form fee and deposit the stated bid security for the chosen lot(s).
