| Qualification | Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in Accounting, Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, or related fields; candidates with a PhD preferred. Relevant certifications or training in finance, accounting, compliance, investigation, open-source intelligence, fraud detection, financial crime investigation, data analytics, or digital investigations advantageous. |
| Experience | At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in data sciences, detection of illegal business activities, financial market research, or risk management. Preference to candidates with prior regulatory authority experience. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 45 years as of the closing date for submission of applications. |
| Appointment | Contractual appointment for three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance; Commission may consider regularization after three years subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria. |
