Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer on a contractual basis. Appointment will be on contract initially for two years and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

Chief Financial Officer	01	Not more than 57 years as of the closing date	Member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience; OR Master's degree in finance-related discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least ten years relevant experience; OR Fellow or Associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society or the Institute of Actuaries (UK/US) with at least five years of managerial experience in audit/accounting or managing financial or corporate affairs of an insurer.	Knowledge and implementation experience of IFRS 17 Prior service as a key officer in the insurance industry Experience serving as CFO in an insurance company, public sector entity or SOE Knowledge of public procurement / PPRA rules & regulations and ERP environment exposure
