Issuer: University of Okara. Procurement Type: Invitation to Bids under PC‑I Project 2026‑2027 for development works (Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Clause 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014).
Eligible firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026‑2027 in Category C‑4 or above are invited to bid. Bidding documents are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e‑Procurement websites. Bid security (earnest money) must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e‑Procurement System as specified; manual CDR/Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
