National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for Branch Operations Manager / General Banking Officer positions to support its Aitemaad Islamic Banking operations. The bank seeks candidates with banking experience and branch operations exposure to manage day-to-day branch activities, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver customer service.

Key skills and knowledge required include sound understanding of Branch Operations, General Accounts and SBP regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, customer handling, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidates must be able to manage branch operational affairs, ensure compliance with KYC/AML, banking laws and SOPs, handle cash/ vault operations, perform account opening and reconciliation, manage inward and outward clearing, perform ATM and GL reconciliations, address customer complaints, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Assessment & selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test and/or panel interview. Employment: Contract basis for three years, renewable at management discretion; selected candidates will be offered a compensation package in line with the Bank's policy. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
