Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Highway Division Vehari (e‑Procurement)

Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and having valid registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Bidders must have valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2026‑27 and be registered on Punjab e‑Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

Key conditions: Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted only through digital online payment via the Punjab e‑Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Vehari. Performance Guarantee (as per PPRA Rule 2014): 5% of contract amount to be submitted by the successful bidder. Bids, documents and bid security/performance security must be uploaded through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; manual/physical documents will not be accepted. The procuring agency may accept or reject any bid under Clause‑35 PPRA Rules. Recovery against a contract will be adjusted as per rules. Rigid pavement/RCC drain work to be executed using concrete batching plant and paving machine; TST/DST surfacing to be mechanized. Contractor claims against work done shall be submitted electronically and processed through the Digital Measurement Book.

Submission and opening: All bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Contractors may attend the tender opening. Date and time listed for bid opening: 2026‑11‑11 at 11:30 AM.
