DHA Lahore Tender: Underground Electrification & Street Lighting Works – Phase-VII Sector V

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of underground external electrification works (MV/LV) along with a street lighting system for the newly created/re-planned area in Sector-V of Phase-VII, DHA Lahore. The estimated project cost is Rs. 590 million.

Bidding documents are available from 13 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 (cost Rs. 10,000 per set, non-refundable). Eligible firms must be registered in the electrical category with PEC licence for 2025/2026 in category C-2 or above (specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05). A 2% bid security (CDR/Pay Order) in favor of Defence Housing Authority, Lahore is required. Sealed bids must be delivered to the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI DHA Lahore by 27 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs.
