Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Pindi Gheb (Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers for framework contracts for supply of items for financial year 2026-27.

Bidding procedure: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents (technical & financial) are available free of cost for registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal on or before 04-11-2026 by 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened on 04-11-2026 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System online portal in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Bid security: Must accompany the bid in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan and be uploaded to the e-Procurement portal; originals must be delivered to the issuing office.
Other requirements: Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Valid tax registration/certificate must be provided. Complete terms and bid documents are available at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
