WAPDA Hydel Power Station Shadiwal — Invitation to Bid for Three Works

Pakistan WAPDA, Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Shadiwal (Gujrat), invites electronic bids via EPADS V2.0 for three construction/repair works. Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (Category C-6 or above with relevant specialization), registered for FY 2026-27, registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, and on the FBR Active Tax-Payer List.

E-bidding documents, detailed terms and specifications are available on EPADS: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS V2.0 — manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security must be furnished as a CDR in favour of Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Shadiwal; the firm name must be mentioned on the CDR. The CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR submitted to the office before bid opening but not later than 11:00 hours on 2026-11-19; late bid securities will not be entertained.

False or forged documents will lead to forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules.
