Pakistan WAPDA, represented by the Resident Engineer, Hydel Power Station Shadiwal (Gujrat), invites electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C‑G or above with the relevant specialized code, registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Tax‑Payer List (ATL) of FBR.
Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security shall be submitted only in the shape of CDR in favor of Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Shadiwal; the name of the firm must be mentioned on the CDR. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Resident Engineer before the bid opening but not later than 11:00 hours on 2026-11-19. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day in the office of the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Shadiwal.
Presentation of false/wrong documents will result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject bids under the provisions of PPRA rules.
