Office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Highways Division Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites online bids under the Single Stage–Single Envelope E‑Bidding System (AJK PPR Rules) for multiple road resurfacing/reconditioning and an urban drainage programme for the District/City of Muzaffarabad for FY 2026‑27. - Bidders must be registered and obtain username/password from the IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer, PWD Highways Muzaffarabad (H‑Block, DHQ Muzaffarabad). Bids submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
- Bidders must deposit the required bid security in the Divisional Account as specified. Only scanned copies of bid security will be visible on the e‑portal; original instruments must be provided when required.
