PAFDA Tender for Video Surveillance and Pedestrian Entrance Control Systems (Lahore)

The Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) for procurement of a Video Surveillance System and a Pedestrian Entrance Control System on F.O.R basis at PAFDA Office, Lahore.

Key instructions: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) and submit e-bids using PEPS. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk without payment of tender fee. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the registered PEPS account; only bid securities submitted electronically through PEPS will be considered valid.

Submission deadline and opening: Complete e-bids with required documents must be submitted via PEPS by 2022-11-06 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the PAFDA building, Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding adopting Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA.
